Please note – During festivals, unfavorable climate conditions, or political emergencies, your shipment could get further delayed. We guarantee you that we will make an honest effort to have your package conveyed to you in a decent time or probably will be notified.

Shipping

  • Worried about online payments? We’ve got you covered with Cash on Delivery (COD) across India
  • Its just a nominal charge of COD SHIPPING 95/- PREPAID SHIPPING 75/-
  • Your orders are our priority! We dispatch them within 3-4 working days and you can expect the delivery within 8-10 days. We partner with the most trusted couriers for safe Delivery SHIPROCKET , though we’re not liable for any courier delays.
  • You’ll receive a tracking code to keep tabs on your parcel once it’s on its way.

Note For Exchange

  • The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  • Exchanges must be made within 5 working days of receiving your order. Please contact us via email@gmail.com or send us a text at 7405-003303.
  • The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
  • The product would be picked in 3-5 days after the exchange request is approved.
  • Exchange charges would have to be borne by the customer.( Rs 189/-) Or send it via local courier 
  • If there is any mistake from our side exchange will be free
  • The credit note issued, will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.

To Exchange

  • Or pay ₹189, and we’ll get it picked up.
  • Your new item ships to you for free.

Cancellation Policy

  • In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped +91-9586042996
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
  • For PREPAID & COD orders, cancellations are allowed; however, refunds are not applicable. A credit note will be issued for future use.

NO REFUND OR RETURN

Credit Note

Due to any reason if you don’t want to keep the product, we will provide you with a Credit Note of equivalent amount to your purchase. Please Note: We do not accept returns and make refunds if you do not like any product, we can only either exchange or give credit note.

  • Or pay ₹189, and we’ll get it picked up.

If you choose to receive a credit note, please note that a convenience fee of ₹200, along with shipping and pickup charges, will be deducted from the product price. The remaining balance will be issued to you as a credit note.

COD Policy

  • In case you place a COD (Cash on Delivery) order and do not receive it, resulting in the order being returned to us (RTO), If you wish to receive the same order again, it must be placed as a prepaid order, and shipping charges will apply.

Sale/Discounted Items

  • Not eligible for return or exchange.

Size

Our measurement chart is visible on each product.
We also customize as per the SIZE / EMBROIDERY / COLOUR However, there is an additional 15% charge. For any customisation please ping us on our whatsapp

While we have put every effort to display the color of the products as precisely as possible, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.
